Fringe On William

Corner William Street and Alma Road, Mount Lawley, Western Australia

We were able to use a combination of 350mm diameter contiguous piles and 450mm diameter contiguous piles to construct the piled walls around the perimeter of this project.

These piles were used for retaining adjacent structures (neighbouring houses/properties) that are close to the site boundaries and for lateral ground support to excavations. This particular method of piling is used in situations where there is a low tolerance for vibration and noise, this is one of the great advantages of using contiguous CFA piling.

The piling in this project was completed ahead of schedule with outstanding Quality.
